Mine is kat/wp. DA helps a lot with wp survivability. It is a highlander homage so that’s most of it. Bio is of course cool , but make sure you look at adaptations in costume creator. They can’t me minimized. Other stuff can aside from the shield power but it comes and goes quickly enough.

I used to do like itf or apex/tin on every 50 I had. And when it came to a toon and I was like “fuck not this guy” I would strip it and delete it. Doesn’t matter how many vet levels or how fully incarnated out. Just deleted after stripped of IOs. I’m back up to 36 or so fully IO’d, fully incarnated toons. Still think it’s too many but I like playing them. Or they are the only 50 I have of the AT. Those chill on last page with my antimatter holder.

Spines/bio is one of my favorites. My main is sav/inv but you have to like savage. Db/sr is super fun. Energy/inv is also one of my favorites. I’m leveling up ba/sd. It’s fun too so far.

Well, you have unstoppable toggled on, so that is shooting stuff waaaaay up. Which it does, but it isn't close to being perma. I like to build for it maxing out the lowest resist, usually psi. Here is my build Thraxen 2024 - Scrapper (Savage Melee - Invulnerability) 2.mbd

I gotta remember when I get home, but just respec’d my main. It’s a scrapper but a lot would probably similar. I’ve got a tw but it’s also a scrapper. His build I have tough to get weave but don’t actually turn tough on.

It doesn't show the indicator on the door to go inside or outside. It is super confusing inside base now for some missions being through a maze that isn't on map.

Maybe drop energy torrent for placate? Haven’t tried placate since change?

I’m loving electric. Buffed thunder strike. AS helps single target chain that I don’t like on other ATs.

Put the ATO in the best power for it to proc of the first three powers you can use while mezzed. I’m sure it’s mostly the t2 but not at computer at the moment. Don’t slot it for any added recharge. Usually 1-2 hits when mezzed and you’re out of it. Just damage/acc and the mez proc. Helps a ton. Not 100% effective but helps a lot. Could make a scrapper with claws, spines, or battle axe. Even battle axe gets a ranged attack now…cause why not? High enough recharge and only need 3/4 attacks anyway.

Any notes appreciated. Not real happy 4 slotting Hasten but had couple slots left over and still needed to shave some seconds off of it. Rest seems fine. It is an homage to Nuclear Man, the villain from the fantastic Superman IV. So some of the powers are because of this. Don't really need energy torrent either. I generally do 3 damage, 1 acc, 1 end, 1 recharge when SO/IO a power. Leveling up this will be about as much accuracy as you'll need. Maybe two accuracy instead of end if the character can handle the end drain, but I'd say you'll quickly run out with no end reduction in the attacks. Quick recovery is better than stamina so I'd three slot it instead of stamina.

End was actually fine. Didn’t run but 4 toggles or 5 counting CJ. I sure what kind of tank would ever need run of protection, that’s a squishy power.

I’d. Take cj, tough/weave. Leadership for maneuvers makes defense a little easier. Can skip first attack and I don’t like the cone on a scrap.

So if you’re an elec/ninjitsu scrap. Will lighting rod now crit when used from hidden?

Yes. Or tank would be good too as resist cap is higher. Scraps get the lighting snipe though so I would stick with scrap

Those will work well. Divine valance will help add defense to the resist based electric.

A billion isn’t much when you play the game for a while. And too often helps too. I only farm to skip lowbies a few levels if I can’t get on a team. I don’t play the market. You get quite a bit from playing the game at 50. Doing an apex/tin and use merits for pieces you need or get stuff to sell. Reuse IOs if you end up not liking a toon. I think a power should only be able to take one damage proc. Would be an easy fix. You can for sure manipulate powers to have high chances to proc. Some people throw a ton of procs when it only has a 47% chance to fire which I don’t fool with. There are a lot of powers you can have a lot of procs with 90% to fire and still be up often with recharge global bonuses and hasten. Still one of the best parts of this game is there are a million ways to play it. You don’t have to have a ton of money to make a good build. I have a perma pa ill/storm that doesn’t have any purples and performs really well. I made a proc tank and it was boring for me. End was awful and would detoggle if not super attentive. I have a proc db/sr that is a blast though. id also make a few powers toggles, PA or light form for example, and get rid of hasten. It’s almost a prerequisite for a lot of builds and certainly required for min/max builds.

I’m liking it finally on a defender. It’s dark/storm. Hopefully new buffs/changes help.

I tried tanker Tuesday a few times. Was slow as fuck. I’d try some all brute tfs. I like doing all X ITFs. Don’t think I’ve done all brute one though. Gonna do all storm blast soon once I settle on a 50 respectively of my storm blast toon.
