Anybody running this combo already? Playing it now in anticipation of being able to have ice armor from new ancillary coming out. Any cool tricks? Doesn't look like sleet stacks with itself right? From same caster anyway? Looked at city of data and that seems to be the case. Thanks in advance.

I just think it’s weird scrappers get better ranged powers than blasters. And I mostly scrap. Just an observation. Don’t really care that much.

Why? Not at computer now, but the super long animation I think bitter ice blast? I like the hold powers. Or replace ice storm.

Tried ice spear a few times. Enemies died waaaaay before anything hit them.

Why two sleep powers though? Maybe beanbag shot instead? Or a single target glue grenad that immobs?

How does a scrapper have an ice snipe but blasters do not???

Yeah two sleeps is only thing I don’t like really. I’d try and switch something so you can skip the sleeps. I’ll try it out still. Maybe a beanbag shot that stuns one? Single target sleep seems pretty worthless teaming.

I much prefer rad over fire but that’s just cause I don’t like fire swords.

You could easily play each to 20 and see which is more fun. The xp buff helps a lot. Play whatever is the most fun. They will all be good on teams.

Sr is crazy tanky. Any super easy. And does the same with one enemy in melee or a dozen. Doesn’t directly boost damage but the 20% recharge bonus helps save tons of slots elsewhere if chasing perma hasten.

Stone/stone.

Anything is good with /ta.

Stone is tankiest but without IOs for run speed I wouldn’t bother. Run sr/ma. With the defense bonus from storm kick you can likely get to 45% without weave. I always take combat jumping on every toon just cause I hate playing without it because of the movement bonus. I’d still get tough though. It isn’t required but helps against most stuff that does hit. And you can put the two plus defense procs in it. Even if you only SO everything else still take those procs.

Spines/stone

I just prefer the animation. End is fine. Mids doesn’t account for the performance shifters and panacea proc.

Here is what I'd run on a budget. Accolades are turned on as they are free and help with end. End still looks high on paper, but mids doesn't take into account the three performance shifter procs or the end from the panacea proc. You're end should be fine. Have musculature t4 turned on as well. Could always switch to other T4 musculature and sacrifice a lil dps for end mod. Probably more expensive than your build but still no purple or snow sets. Having a couple snow sets would really change the ease of soft capping defense, but they are super expensive, of course. Would also likely get fire/cold to soft cap too. I hit 50 and have alpha t4. Tweaked build I previously posted. I’ll post final one I’m playing later if anyone cares. It’s pretty solid. Undecided if I’ll go barrier or the heal one.

I do the first two attacks and impale for st. I don’t like eviscerate so skip it. I take throw and burst for aoe. If you like eviscerate you could use it instead of impale. Or snipe is cool. I take the snipe on my main but think it’s the only scrap out of 10 or so that has the snipe. I like having focused accuracy for ITFs when they get large mobs and stacked defense. I might also be addicted to physical perfection with performance shifter and power transfer procs. Really helps end and the heal is cool.

I have a brute staff/wp. I like staff. It’s fun. I’ll have to look at stalker. I think innocuous strike is the one I hate the animation. It’s the angry push broom animation I call it. I skip it on brute although it’s a fine attack.

You can put same two set iOS in a bunch of powers. Unless they are unique. Leveling up I just put whatever is cheap or use SOs and click the upgrade button. I’m not much of a stickler for money as I have a bunch laying around and play the game way too much.
