that's never gonna happen lol, burnout is a base 30 minute recharge, retsu is base 5m and why would it recharge primary powers, its a defensive t9 so it should and does recharge only defensive powers, and if it did recharge primaries it would make burnout completely irrelevant and nin would instantly become a target for nerfs because its pickrate would surge.

it already instantly recharges all your ninja powers so not quite following what you mean Using this power now recharges all Ninjitsu powers except Kuji-In Retsu

it was changed because it couldn't be made to work, it was bugged out, the attempt was made though. Im not a fan of the set whatsoever personally but they only undid it because they had to. From CPH on page 5 "Sadly the implementation of Attune has to go back to a toggle. There will be a few more mechanical adjustments on how it all works though, but Attune will have to be a toggle. Double click accidents is something that will have to be addressed via engine tweaks at some later time. "

Why would you do that? It would just make it harder for people to play around with their toon concept?

Sounds like you'd enjoy a dominator, a mind dominator for example (though there are others (dark being one)) can safely stack enough magnitude to mez an arch villain by themselves using their confuse also EBs generally only have mag 6 protection and AVs only have mag 3 to sleeps and immob which a controller can manage easily

Thats fine neither do I but still prudent to mention there is precedent anyways.
