I've run this with multiple characters. This used to work on Live because I recall this mish being the first where I ever soloed an AV with the blaster I had taken over to redside.

Sister Airlia mish, Eliminate Captain Cimon and his troops: I've run this with several characters now, and the boss, Captain Cimon, never appears. It's just a kill-all with minions.

Mako Patron Arc, Operation Anti-Venom, clue after 2nd mish: 'It is lead by the renowned Longbow Agent McKnight' should be 'It is led by the renowned Longbow Agent McKnight'

Also, 'if you seek to use the mystic portal' or 'if you seek to gain access to the mystic portal' -- not both.

Also, they are maintaining his cancer??? Guess that's one way to keep him from getting too powerful...

A consulate is a building; a consul is a person/occupation. Though one could debate whether that's even the right name for her occupation. Advisor might be more appropriate.

Incorrect use of reflexive pronoun: only Alastor could slaughter himself.

Hardcase, Rescue kidnap victims, clue: 'Apparently, the Council are kidnapping people to perform Nictus experimentation experiments on them!' should be 'Apparently, the Council are kidnapping people to perform Nictus experiments on them!' (Amazing how many of these are already fixed on Paragonwiki, just not in the game.)

Hardcase, Chaos Affair arc, Rescue victims from Wailers: When each victim is rescued s/he says, 'Thanks! I thought I was done for?' I can't see any reason there should be a question mark at the end instead of a period or exclamation point.

Hardcase, Pied Piper Arc, Draw Wailers to Paragon City, map entry pop-up: 'The foul sewers below Paragon City is a perfect place to hide the sonic transmitter.' should be 'The foul sewers below Paragon City are a perfect place to hide the sonic transmitter.' since 'sewers' is plural.

Kelly Uqua background info text: 'Crey moved her to their offices in the Rogue Isles, where she's been making friends with it's less scrupulous metahuman community.' should be 'Crey moved her to their offices in the Rogue Isles, where she's been making friends with its less scrupulous metahuman community.'

The version of haggle that means to negotiate or bargain is not a transitive verb.

I have a slightly different combat log when this happens, but perhaps that has to do with the secondary you mentioned. My log shows assassin attack starting; assassin attack activating; then assassin attack recharged. No ToHit roll at all, though I get the sound and animation of a successful attack.

Happening to me too. Someone suggested it could have something to do with the target moving out of attack range by the time the power actually goes off, but I tested it and it is definitely not that.

I had a stalker as my first and main villain from the release of CoV and while it did happen once in a while back in the day, it was nothing compared to the frequency now. I suspect you're right that it's a server-client communication issue, but it seems odd that it would be worse now than on Live given the vast improvements we've had to communication technology in the intervening years. 'Tis a puzzlement.
