    Agreeing mostly but no to one point and thats a so hard no that i did a thumbs down for it.

    Hero Merits its not a valid currency, it can only be earned by 1 of the 4 (without counting praetorians) alignments.

    Make it Empy, Astrals whatever, but nothing that not all char can earn.

     

    Or just dont do a token at all (thats a valid point too) i wouldnt buy it anyways.

    • Fix a longstanding bug where missions would be launched with the wrong difficulty settings if the mission owner was not in the same zone as the door and another teammate entered it first.

     

    This Bug has NOT been fixed.

     

    We just have done a Manticore TF  (Reunion Server) and upon entering the "Rescue Councilman Birch" Mission in Kings Row it was reset to+0 cause leader was still in Atlas Park  zone, so this longstanding bug has not been fixed. The TF was set to +2 which we had on all Missions when leader was in zone before we entered.

  3. A mission is also reset if u switch to a different mission (at least u didnt say something like that), i remembering somewhat of live that they will reset after a certain time outside but its high like around 30 minutes, but with evrything u doing u could have met that treshhold.

  4. The possibility of 4 arms or 2 heads, i know thats a for a very long shot.. but i was missing 4 arms on a few chars... they must even not be doing something (like 4 blades).. just be there for the looks.

     

    The Arms could just be an addable "Backpack" as example like the crab arachnos soldier ones, just copy the setting of the 2 regular arms for the looks.

    OK thats a valid Point but how about that, if the Tf isnt run in the last 3 hours it get spawn on certain times.... or by defeating councils in zone like for some GMs on red side.

    Indeed same as with council only certain Lieutnants or Bosses do transform, but surely not 33 % its 20% or even down to about 10% , i did watch this closely for the old bug that a lieutnant council transform into a werewolf boss and then slaughter me (yes i play squishie chars too 🙂 ).

     

    Addendum, they start doing this at lvl 30+ (Brickstown radio mishes 🙂 ) probably storywise after the Striga Moonfire Tf when they were introduced at LVL 28 maximum so choosing ouro arcs with a lower lvl might not have em.

    cant remember really and its not sure why those ppl left.. maybe they had insider info about NCSoft Plans or better offers elsewhere.. life goes on.. differences in the team could be just one of the many reasons for a certain dev leaving and of course normally there is replacement needed. The Only one i recall after nearly 10 years that was leaving before sunset announcement was Castle.. maybe someone has more detailed Infos about this part , old forum maybe some ppl i saw in a different thread are compiling it back up.

    There are some stealth underwater places. On come of the Crimerora maps there are some pools that go under bridges and you can go underwater there. It doesn't go anywhere special, but you can swim underwater. It is nowhere near like Atlantis on DCUO.

    Kinda sounds strange cause Water Blast was one of the last Powersets that was released/tested on Live before sunset.

     

    There is another in the Manticore Lair before u hit the last lab room theres a pool on both sides u can actually swim from one pool to another underwater.

    Example is in the Twinshot Arc Last Mission in the 1st Arc of em. 2nd Arc when u go test against different Villain Groups theres another example of that map.

    Certain orenbega maps have similar, but theyre kinda random.

    Thanks for that info, nvr touched that menu cause nvr had the urge to prevent any inspiration to drop... that there are some deactivated from start i didnt even dream of.

     

    Well u caused all my chars now to revisiting a p2w vendor but still great. Many Thx for the Info 🙂 .

  10. also it is cause ourobous using the TF Code mechanics for its arcs.. they would have to make  an nearly complete identical code and add it only to ourobous to make a change like that to happen.

     

    Not that im against it a way to invite ppl midway would be nice for those long arcs, but for those "unearned" rewards they would have to add another mechanism like a timer so not one joins last second and earns it all....

    I've run across this issue. In my case playing with the top 3 in-game resolution settings: 2560x1440, 2560x1440 (Desktop), and Borderless (Monitor 1) seemed to resolve it. Sorry, I forget what I started with and ended with, though. I did change it later without the taskbar reappearing.

     

    I keep my taskbar on the left vertical side of the screen, incidentally. With wider screens, vertical real estate is more precious than horizontal.

    FWIW, it's sometimes possible to kill explorer.exe and not be able to start it again. I try always to REstart it, just in case. 

    if u kill the task explorer.exe always have the first tab of task manager open and hit the button "new task" and then explorer.exe i  havent so far been unable to restart it that way and i had to shut it down many times for old games to run under newer windows OS .

    Otherwise, there are a few in the Dr. Aeon Strike Force and more will be found in some future arcs that feature them.

    Well this might work for Chars in that lvl range... but its not a lvl 45-50 tip mission so not avail to all in the long run... at that point.. why not expand the lvl Range of certain Tip (if the Villain Group fits Expandend range) or just add a few new Tips in further Pages 🙂

    Void Hunters was/are Lieuts class, so x1 should normally spawn those, chance with +8 would be way higher of course, but im not crazy enough to up the diff on any of my kheld chars, lol.

     

    Teaming might be an idea, but at least on regular TFs there wasnt even one when i did those on my khelds or other khelds on Team. Quantums alot up to boss class, but Voids... are Void lol.

    Theres a Nemesis tip mish 45-50 Vigilante in which u fight ur dopplegänger, its always funny to me how my char could be moved by Ragdoll physics. Its a natural Source of Screenshots^^

    i did many Kheldian Arcs with my PB's and WS's, and honestly unless the boss was set as void i didnt even see one Void Hunter since i joined HC on 2019, i already thought they was completely removed like the shadow cyst crystals beside those in ITF ^^.

  16. that is very strange, i looked at my office desktop which runs now since 2 1/2 years even had 2 different keyboards attached, currently only 1 and it shows only 1.

     

    But the Laptop im Writing now has 2 entry although only the built in keyboard is there and an ps2 port it hasnt, would be strange on an 1 year old laptop, these are very old pre usb connectors... grafik.png.0eefa69e890c7cc11d8576afc5fd5d6c.png

     

    So either its something very fishy going on (Windows 10) or it has too do with the layout's that Faultline mentioned.

  17. Have to add,.. why not both, so both will be my answer too.

     

    Just please no more mechanics that prevent a healthy power usage flow (long Cast/Animation Times beside an overpower T 9 Attack)... like Kinetic Melee, Titan Weapons,.... and my bane's attacks are so slow... i saw ppl do 3 attacks until one of my mace attacks was finally done in a Council TF Yesterday, just couldnt get into the flow....

  18. LOL the game dont even need half of that RAM.

     

    Your Device Manager lists alot of keyboards, since u say it happens only if u use the keyboard there could be the issue, maybe deinstall all of em and replug the one u are actually using.. it should reinstall itself without problems.

     

    Also it could be a 3rd Party Software that listening on keyboard input, like some cheat programs or even a trojaner.

     

    Since mods was mentioned before, after re-installing COH, did u reinstall any mods too, if yes.. then u should do another clean reinstall and this time without any mods and see what happens then.

    Yeah about 1 of 5 times doing that im doing too, but i fly up again until my char hit the water in front of the station then hit /stuck and im back on normal map... its like they placed a manhole trap in front of the exit ^^

    Similar, i even do mostly a 4th power bar just for toggles when i reach Incarnate Lvls
