I have also noticed if I have 1 item listed for sale, I cannot buy any of that item on that character until that item sells. I guess this is to prevent people from automagically converting those items? Ie. If I have a luck charm for sale, my luck charm bids won't go through.

They both suck, honestly. It's not even about the fact that they can be interupted... It's the fact that they both take so long to activate. If interupt reduction enhancements could reduce the activation time, it could be argued worth it. On a side note, grav/traps could be fun by setting traps, then wormhole mobs into them... But that is opposite of how the rest of the game is normally run as far as clump mobs and now them down- rinse- repeat.

Ill/Cold is an absolute beast. GM soloing fun! Ill/Dark is also very strong, but I never enjoyed it as much as my /Cold. Too many clicks to watch out for.

It is impossible to have perma teir9 clicks due to recharge cap. But you can kinda already cap most of elec's resistances without Power Surge + have decent defenses. Dual Blade's combo system incentivizes you to use sub optimal attacks and attack chains. Just ignore them once you get to 50! The Best attack chain for dual blades is Blinding Feint->Ablative Strike->Sweeping Strike->Ablative Strike. A fully IOed character with that attack chain can easily take out AVs. It is one of the highest DPS attack chains out there on par with Titan Weapons, Dark Melee and Fire Melee. (Though it is best on a scrapper due to criticals and double stacking Blinding Feint + Gausians Proc boosting damage so high)

You could do much better, but this might get you started. Focus on at least obtaining 45% defense to S/L. I would have liked a little more recharge and F/C and E/N defense as well. Well, from what I remember, it was Visual Basic that was then ported into C and then modified with C++ and finalized in C#.....

Snipes, and a few other powers, operation on a redirection to another power and it passes all the enhancement values to that redirected value. I'm not 100% how to get PHD to show the redirections.

Pets would also benefit from recharge enhancements placed in the slots if they did not ignore recharge. Both speed boost and Accelerate Metabolism help your little flunder-blunders run faster and keep up with you.
