The main reason for being able to steamroll missions is that the game was designed for SOs and never adjusted for an IO/incarnate play style. -

Also the darker the color, the better you can see the lightning effect. -

Speaking of what new players might not know, I have always thought it strange that the Twinshot and Graves missions start at level 5 and have you do things that the player would alread know like talk to the trainer. These missions would be better at level 1. -

Players since Homecoming started: The game is too easy. Certain ATs are not needed endgame due to steamrolling and incarnate powers. Devs start addressing the problems Players: WTF!!!! This makes the game harder! -
I have a rad/stone tank that has a toggle that tends to drop during the arena part of the SBB. Since I am a tank, I know I am not getting mezzed especially since I started watching when I noticed it happening. Maybe I do according to the server for a micro second, but never shows on my character. I shouldn't have to wait 8 seconds for one toggle to come back. It should be 2 seconds per toggle after the first with a 8 second cap.

Does the normal -5% get succeeded by the -20% from vulnerability or does that stack? I created a sonic sent on beta right before the patch was announced, so yeah, I don't know much about it. I have run around doing radio missions at level 22, which is what I tend to test characters at since that is when I slot generic level 25 IOs. If things go well, I then look at bumping it up to 50 for testing. -

I just wanted to make sure the changes didn't further screw over sentinels since the T1 and T2 -res don't stack. I am not sure how to test this. -

What about the -20 res that the Sentinel's T1 and T2 attacks do? Do they stack? If that no longer stacks when it did before, that would just be another kick in the quad. -

Not the way the game rolls. It seems like a 5% chance to hit means you get hit 20% of the time . Also don't forget the streak breaker -

Do any sets make sound during creation? If so, then I have never heard it. -
Basically with the new sonic blast, you personally will do more damage, but the team will do less damage than with the old sonic blast.

If we are being extremely literal, then yes, but if we define it as how it is used in sentences then it falls under the same rules that people use when they ask for a coke but don't mean Coke or tell someone to google it when they mean search. That way, sheath means put it away. 🧐 -

Fire used to be top dog for damage, because that is all it did. The new electricity can give fire a run for its money if not pull fire's shorts up over its head and take its money while still doing more than just damage. Sonic had good support and bottom of the barrel damage. I loved getting a sonic on the team for a SBB. I knew the AVs were going to melt. Now the damage has gone up and the support has gone down. My question is wether or not the new damage justifies the decrease of the support or did they just move the damage to middle of the road and the support too far towards the bottom of the barrel and all we have done is exchange problems? -

That is my point. If the -RES is important, then it should be substantial. If not, then the damage needs to be substantial. Right now, it looks like neither are. -

If the -res isn't substantial or really needed for most gameplay like some people are saying, then does the damage buff really matter when we can just pick a different set that does better damage? -

I realized that I am going to have to spend a metric crap load of time leveling up my blaster, Cosplay Avenger, to get all the costumes I can't make in the creator.
