    I have long had the idea for this character on live, but never could settle on what AT and powers to use. It is based on this video. The basic premise is that after they remove the helmet, she is transported through time and space to Paragon City/ Rogue Isles with powers gained from her computer(maybe). Ideas?

    I have done that one so many times where a group goes to find Todd and then everyone is ported to the entrance for a quick finish that I just found out that all this time Dr Todd is a woman.

    Always add if you are running increased difficulty. Most TFs actually loose xp per minute with increased difficulty.

    I have a ice/regen brute at max level can do 4/8 with little problem. Occasionally I might have to use my big heals depending on what mobs I am facing. I had about 80% resist vs -recharge. Though I have only played it on test, fully IO'd out at 50 so I have no idea how it would be leveling it.

    It can do OK if you take an armor set like SR that doesn't need much slots from your attacks to do what it does, then you can proc out the attacks with 4-5 procs and just spam the first 3 attacks fast to max the build up mechanic.

    I don't suppose their is a way other than writing it down to keep track of what history plaques I have clicked?

    I think energy melee works best on a scrapper due to putting the crit ATO proc in TF.

    Isn't regen's weakness damage? 🤪

    How do we determine what 'fine as is' means. If katana is 'fine as is' when you have a super amount of recharge, then is it really? Is bots 'fine as is' when the attacks have an endurance cost way too high for the damage they do? Its the same for all the MM attacks. I see no reason the end cost was cranked up so high.

    To be fair, according to CoH lore, the gods of myth were all incarnates though there are probably some of the older gods that were not. So you ask me if I am a god. Yes.

    Except it would probably end up as a teleporter to the local Flea Market instead.

    So does all of this mean the OF IO is the same as the SA IO for KB>KD purposes?

    I guess he doesn't know about flight pose emotes.

    I think it can do good single target damage if you proc the everliving hell out of the first three attacks, hit your build up and spam 1 2 3 repeat as fast as you can. You would need enough recharge to get them to 1 second each.

    So logically if you resist at 100% that would mean the same as protection. I am sure that the Cryptic math doesn't work that way.

    Do any of the resistances actually work at 100% or are they all capped at 99%?

    After getting my Blue Collar Worker achievement, I started on the Wage Slave accolade. I hate time gated content.

    The one I wish we could auto complete is in a TF. I think it is from Numina where she wants you to go to almost every zone and beat up 10 of everything.

    I took teleport with my MA brute so that I can tp next to a mob activate eagle's claw while still in the air because it looks so cool. I mostly forget to do that snd since my character is as small as can be and most mobs are overly tall, I end up kicking them in the knee.

    All cones should be at least 90°.

    There are places you can send a dead drive to and unless its totally FUBAR, they should be able to retrieve your data.

    I made a new character and was wondering if it needed adjusting. I skipped the first attack for beam, but later on noticed that it has -75% regen that might be needed later on. This is the build. Let me know what should be done different or better. Thanks
