    Question about this, currently you can only combine HOs with similar sets, i.e. acc/dam will only combine with acc/dam.

    But these new DSO have stats that HOs do not. So how would HOs combine with those?

     

    Also wanna say how great I think these DSO are, I just suggested changing HOs to more useful stats.

  2. Well as I said, I already had this toon and decided to respec him into more debuffs. Also I prefer Corrs to Defenders.

    I can't see that big a difference in the numbers when looking at Mids anyways but maybe I am not looking at it right.

     

    But yeah without a doubt if this build interest someone it would debuff  better as a Defender

  3. Yeah sure, as good as any Corruptor.

     

    It has soft-capped Range/Energy/Smashing/Lethal defense

    More than needed Accuracy. All the Primary attacks that I took are fully slotted for damage.

    Perma-Hasten. And ofcourse some debuffs.

     

    That being said I built it for team play. But I see no reason it would be gimped against solo.

  4. I have a friend who rolled a scrapper with the intention of putting the Scrapper ATO proc in Caltrops from the epic pool. He was so disappointed when i told him you couldn't do that.

    This is different I know, just sharing for the hell of it. (I might be bored right now)

  5. Was asked to share build so here is it. 

    I made this guy about 9 months ago but recently decided to try and get as much debuff as possible in the build while keeping it playable.

    This build will debuff defense , resistance ,regen, damage and recharge:

  6. I know, I know, we got a bunch of Hami enhancements we don't use now why in the world would we add to them.

    (clickbait title)

    Perhaps we don't add to them so much as re-work the ones we have do. The stats that Hami's enhance made sense when they were introduced but the game has changed since then.

    I suggest changing some of the enhancements stats to make them more useful.

     

    There is no EndMod HO...a Accuracy/EndMod maybe....hell EndMod/Anything would be useful now.

    Accuracy/Recharge would be nice

    Accuracy/Range 

    Heal/Recharge 

    Heal/Accuracy

    Damage/Recharge

    Damage/End Reduction

     

    So terrible idea ?  What Hami IO stats would you like to see?

  7. Not to say the idea is bad but I think you're comparing apples and potatoes. Those other MMOs crafting was almost mandatory. You had to craft either for your gear or to make some game currency. City of Heroes  you can play the whole game and never craft anything. Just not sure enough people would be willing to take advantage of such a system to make it a worth while addition.

    A) Sean McCann (Dr. Aeon) - Yes, John “Protean” Hegner had this planned from the get go.

    A) John Hegner (Protean) - Yeah, we wanted it to be super subtle (so totally obvious to our massive player base of apparent psychics). If you read the Praetorian content, any character that tends to repeat his last sentence is actually Doppelganger - off the top of my head I think it was just Mr. G and Tami Baker, but I am certain we hid Easter Eggs here and there. The intention was that Protean was damaged goods in Primal Earth. Doppelganger had been playing the game of masks forever and had no issues about discovering his missing identity. After all, he trained Chimera after murdering his parents. Manipulative bastard, ain’t he?
