A Water Blast character. NOT from Atlantis. But from a Fae version of the Seas near Japan. Juri is a Priestess of the Godai Shrine. Studying the interaction of the elemental workings, or bending. She's a natural talent with water, given her lineage. But has knowledge of the other elemental forces and shows potential with the manipulation of them. The reason for the bright colors was two-fold. One - she's royalty - and two - for compensation against the lower light levels underwater.
