SR as a set gets 40% through quickness, the Winters Gift unique slow res that you can put in a travel power gives 20%, the rest were through the various 2/3 slot bonuses to get to 100% total:

Thought I would share my SR/DM as well, I procced it out since I can get great def numbers just from the primary without needing set bonuses is the attack powers. This is one of the underrated benefits of SR to me. Plus we can run musculature, cuz you know, moar damage. A couple caveats though: It is entirely dependent on Ageless Destiny for recovery and does not exemp well. I really only run this char at 50 (you can use p2w recovery serum to get by if you need to though) It is quite expensive, but I really wanted the max -recharge/slow debuff resist No Hasten, I wish I could have fit it in, but I went with FA instead because I wanted the -ToHit debuff res, and I tend to not like running hasten with sets that have clicky mez protect powers because of the 1 auto-click power limit It is ~0.8 off incarnate softcap to range, in practice I don't really tend to notice this though
