Subject has not been forthcoming with said information, nor has any member of the FBSA been able to find anything about Epsilon Omega. Approval pending further review. (Ok, look...it doesn't matter who I am. My Hero ID has already been approved AND I'm playing by your rules and starting at the bottom.) How did you access this file? (If you knew who I really was, you'd have to disappear, so we can dispense with the formalities. Capiche?) Final notes: Hero codenamed Epsilon Omega: Approved. (Damn right I am) Glimmer Glare: Energy Melee/Energy Armor Scrapper When everyone else in your family's a scientist of some sort and you're the one with the Liberal Arts degrees, holidays can get...interesting. "Oh, I'm working for a top secret project for Crey." "Yes, well I'm head engineer at Portal Corp." "Very nice, but let me know when Longbow has you heading up their R&D division." Then there's me and my work at the theater in Galaxy City. Snoozefest to them...until that day. I was in my apartment when it happened: some sort of attack from outer space. Next thing I know, my building's coming down, something explodes, I see a light (no, not that one) and pass out. Turns out the explosion was a combination of the aliens, a couple energy based heroes and a gas line. All I know is I woke up, unharmed and with superpowers. Now, I hang with superheroes like the Phalanx and save the day on the regular. I'm the talk of the family! Take that, Darlene!
  3. Correct, it goes to the person's global account which is across all servers.
  4. I would like to change my vote to Praetoria at +4/+8 as a FF/Archery defender. Thank you.
  5. Start in Praetoria at +4/+8 (or whatever that max setup is).
  6. At this point, I think we're just
  7. I turn General off asap and my gaming experience is better for it. If other people want to be rude, nasty, cruel, bigoted, etc....well, they're more than welcome to. Doesn't mean I have to see it. Remove and move on, not worth my energy to engage.
  8. I use it on my Demons MM and it works fine too. 🤷‍♂️ Electric Affinity is really one of those unsung hero powers. People don't realize why their end keeps coming back, they're getting healed constantly and their attack rate increased, it's usually just "LOL, our dps is amazing!" when the team never wipes.
  9. Yep, when on a Synapse TF, it's always a gamble whether Babbage will spawn near the south tram and get zapped before the heroes even see him.
  10. This character should only run Posi 1s and just stand by the city hall door as soon as you enter the map.
  11. Why do I feel like that after I answer, Paragon University is going to start sending me emails about "Alumni Donations"?
  12. Did one earlier and more than once I thought, "Man, if Snarky was here..." 😅 Team was a bunch of SG mates and a couple randos (me included) to fill the last couple spots. All characters were created within a couple weeks ago, had a looooot of AE badges and kept asking things like "how long does this take?" and "why are some of my powers not working?". Red flag #1. We start cruising and doing ok, but the lack of experience outside sitting at the door of an AE map started to show. Still, nothing teaches better than a bunch of guys in robes and funny hats pummeling you senseless. We get to that mission and if I hadn't yelled out the ambush, it would've rolled over us. "Where's they come from? Can they do that?" Red flag #2. Finally, the save Atlas Park mission. The team leader (who I assume is the SG leader or most experienced one) did lead everyone around to the captive heroes. Along the way, some teammates would attack a random group of COT, die, hospital and run right back to that group. Red flag #3. We rescue the final one and for one moment that seemed to be way longer than it was, I stopped and watched as people stormed the City Hall door. It was at that moment that someone dumped a basket full of red flags on me. What ensued was Keystone Cops to the nth degree as people fell back from the door into, you guessed it, the groups that people usually clear before even glancing towards the door. We fought, we died, I cried into my pile of red flags. I let everyone know to be ready for the ambushes to come for us as soon as we zone back in. Back in we go, the ambushes come, we manage to defeat them and head to the door...which is still locked. A runner. Yay. After quite a lot of searching and people dying as we fight other groups in the hopes of finding the runner, we luck out and it's time to go in. Inside went far better than I was expecting, so I have to give props where due. We sniped the shadows and pulled until only 2 were left and we blitzed them. We finished at a little over an hour. I hope it was a series of teachable moments for the AE kids and next time they won't make the same missteps.
  13. This topic inspired me to pull this guy out of the mothballs!
  14. DId a Posi1 with my bubble defender one time and my clone popped their personal force field and dispersion field (which is totally what I do in a last man standing situation). Yeah. Whiff city. It happens. As others have said, we can literally be our own worst enemy on that mission.
  15. All. The. Bouncing. Balls.
  16. But only on Taco Tuesdays.
  17. Also home to Null the Gull (on top of a truck on the villain side) who offers various services. Null will even make you stronger if you ask enough times.
  18. Add in the merit rewards to enhancement boosters flip and you've learned well, Grasshopper! 👍
