What makes you think a) these servers aren't going to last, and b) the sentinel archetype won't stick around? Even if the majority of folks want to switch to an i24 based server (thus getting rid of Sentinels), I don't think they will just chuck out the i25 ones (so you can still play sentinels on those.) I mean, I'm not a prophet or anything but I think it'll be okay. ;)

I would not have known to look under "Fan Creations" if I didn't know that's where those things were located already. My brain automatically goes to fanfiction and RP when I hear that phrase. "Costumes" is more for discussing costume contests and helping people figure out how to dress their heroes than it is just for showing off costumes you made. Also maybe putting in requests for new parts and stuff if we ever get that far. Not all of that falls under Fan Creations. It will need it's own place, I imagine. I don't even really care about AE, I just thought people that do might like to see it have a dedicated board. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just want to help. :)

I know the PTB are busy making sure the actual game works, etc. and praise be to them! But... If anyone has the time the forum could use a few more dedicated boards before much longer, as the General Discussion is flying by trying to accommodate everything. Roleplay Architect Entertainment Costumes Reconnect (or other titled board for hunting down old friends with child boards for the individual servers eventually, but for now just the section would be great.) Those are just my suggestions. Feel free to add your own, everyone!

I think you can buy the crafting table power from the P2W vendor. Edit: It's called Portable Workbench and you can buy it for 10 mill. inf. at P2W or earn it the old fashioned way by getting the Field Crafter Accolade.

What Silk said. Your account stays active for a few minutes after you log out. Not sure why. But you will get that message almost any time you get booted and log back in immediately, whether it's a server hiccup or something on your end like a power fluctuation or internet glitch.

I would imagine Torchbearer since it was up first. But since the servers have only been around three weeks it's gonna take some time for most players to level up to the end game. Another month or so will probably see them even out. You might get more knowledgeable responses if you post in the general forum section, though. This one is more for technical difficulties, I think.

Tequila should say "Homecoming" now where it used to say "SCORE." Make sure you close it completely and reopen it so that it can patch the game files if necessary. If you look under "Options" there's a box you can check that will close Tequila automatically once the CoH clients starts. That way you will always have to restart it and get the latest updates.

It all got combined at some point. If you want to play redside just choose villain, or if you want the tutorial, choose Breakout or make evil choices in Galaxy City. You can also visit Null the Gull (in Pocket D redside on the truck) to switch alignments at any time.

I've also noticed it won't work if I'm too close too it. It's finicky. But it always has been. It's not a new thang.

Remember, we've had xp bonuses pretty much the whole time, so we are out leveling things faster than normal. That being said, if you want your old traditional contacts you should use the initial contact inside city hall linked to your origin instead of Matthew Habashy. I think those still progress the old way. If you do find yourself in a position with no contacts, use the "Find Contact" in the upper left corner of your contacts tab. It will offer level appropriate contacts to get you back on track.

It may be helpful to elaborate a bit. Was it working before and stopped? Has it never worked for you? Have you excluded it from your anti-virus, if applicable? You may need to just keep trying. Sometimes it gets hung up if there's a lot of download traffic.

Norton especially, but also some other anti-virus software HATES anything related to Tequila/Paragon Chat and I guess now Homecoming. There's a big ol' technical post about why here: https://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php?topic=11851.0 Just exclude those programs and you'll be fine. We've been using them for years and no one has ever reported any ill effects of the nature these a/v programs suggest.
