As is typical, I am away from my home computer when these come up and am unable to check for myself. However, given that the Superman family is such a trope, most things like Megagirl, Ultragirl, Superbgirl, and all the various derivations are going to be long taken. you might think of the virtues that Supergirl represents and see if you can come up with some names that play on those. Or if worse comes to worse, try the Mary Marvel route and pair a proper female name with a virtue.
