Best DEFENSIVE Lore?

So now that my Sentinel has a decent Tier 4 (or more) for every Incarnate slot, I'm experimenting for more versatility.  I saw a thread a while ago about how for pure offense and/or AoE, the best Lore hands down was Banished Pantheon core.  Does anyone know what Radial (I assume it'd be radial?) lore is best for improving your own survivability?  Hey, it's always good to have options, right?

I've found the Cimemoran one very good - he basically hangs around in his undies dropping heals on you.

The untouchable Seers one drops Fortitude on you, that pretty awesome for survivability.

Problem with life is that is not up often enough to count on. That's usually the last incarnate I slot.

Planning on trying the Rikti as the Guardians use AM and I think shields, plus heals. But I'll agree the Cimeroans are pretty neat.
