I/O scaling question

How do you turn a crafted I/O set enhancer into one that scales with you?

2. Sell the crafted one in Wentworths and buy an attuned one to replace it.

generally #1 is less advisable since your losses from #2 will almost always be less than the 2-3 million a catalyst will sell for.

I thought it was just "Sell the crafted one in Wentworths and buy an attuned one to replace it. " since they would be in the same enhancement pool.

This is correct, you cannot boost Attuned IOs.
