I think I'm going to give Super Reflexes a whirl (never tried it, though I'm not crazy about clickie Mez protection). What power sets have the fastest attacks? Haijinx Posted November 22, 2019 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Martial arts has a lot of quick attacks but Eagles Claw is slow. It is possible to skip it though. Street Justice feels similar in some ways, however crushing uppercut is slow and not skippable. Savage Melee also has quick attacks par the first 3 ST attacks.
