So I've created an account for the for and the in game log in that is needed. The issue is when ever I put in my user name and password I get this error message  "The game client was unable to connect to the login server. This may be due to a local network issues such as a firewall block, or may be because the login server is down for maintenance. Please check your network settings and try again, or check the forums for current server status" I have checked the server status and the only one thats down is Aeon, which hopefully is what is causing my issue, but with my luck thats unlikely. I did also installed this correctly in to my external hard drive, the game starts up and what not, but maybe I did something wrong. If there is a way to change servers I'd like to know, anything really would help. Thanks

Have you whitelisted the folder through your antivirus?  Another thing might be the external hard drive....I have my game in C:/CoH and it works fine.  I know there are some pathing issues and read-only folders so avoid those too.

Good luck!

Edit: didn't as about your OS...that might be an issue as well.

Aight, so I tried your suggestions, the Beta xml doesn't bring the error message up, but it denys my username and password, not sure if thats just an issue in it's self or if I really don't remember my game account I made, So I might try remaking a game account and see If that'll help. As for the firewall, they are whitelisted but didn't improve the situation. If all else fails I'll reinstall it and put it in the C drive.  Almost forgot to add that my OS is Windows 10. Thanks so far

Heya!

It sounds like you're having issues connecting to our AuthServer host. Do you mind checking that you are able to ping "live.auth.cohhc.gg"? (You can do this by opening Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt and entering "ping live.auth.cohhc.gg").

Thanks
