Psi/Regen Stalker

Hello,

 

Hoping for help on a Psi/Regen Build. I don't typically make builds (I think the below will show you why! lol)- trying to get the S/L up to soft cap but not sure where the regen should be at... Also if any way to make the endurance less of an issue (not even sure if it will be) that helps too! The last slot should be in hasten but when I moved things around I couldn't put it back and I forget how the drag and drop thing works to make it work...

For regen, your passive regen isn't that important. Recharge is the stat you want to focus on since it lets you use your active regen as much as possible. As far as defense, it's pretty difficult to get to the soft cap without seriously hurting your other areas. One thing you can do to add a little more defense is split the stalker's guile into two powers with 3 each, since that'll give you a total of 10% S/L defense. Also, shadow meld is a great mitigation power but it can never be perma. The best you can ever hope for as far as recharge reduction is dividing the base by 4.

I can tell you from experience now that Shadowmeld is pretty much up when ever you need it.  I tossed 4 Luck of the Gamblers and 1 Recharge Reduction (lvl 50).  I also went double Recharge with Hasten.  Right around 20 secs or so cool down.

 

I also went Ageless Core and when I pop it its pretty much there permanently if I want it.

 

I don't bother with keeping it permanent, only using it on those "uh oh" moments, and wow does it really shine.

Shadow Meld and Moment of Glory both only last 15 sec and we can flip between them situationally.

 

Maybe I do it wrong by prioritizing Dull Pain and Instant Healing.

 

Might shoot to shuffle this around a little. Example:

with Hide we can get an additional 2.6-2.9 defense. The slots could be further refined but you get the idea. 175 Max HP and Regeneration that can push 1700 for 90 second bursts.

 

Once we start getting into more expensive enhancement sets and dialing in a build, somethings may be much less used and potentially dropped from a build.
