Close Tequila

Open a command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns

Hit enter

See if it does it again.

 

If so, click view certificate and cut and paste text.

 

Also, that looks like the Windows 2k/XP security alert dialog box.  Might want to upgrade Windows.

Heh, on Win 10 1903 as of a couple days ago.  The pic was taken using Win 10.  I have a flushdns batch file that's really nice that just runs ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /renew.  I have rebooted since my post and it worked before I saw your reply.

It also looks like you missed the update where you're supposed to change the manifest to:

 

http://www.savecoh.com/manifest.xml

 

Click on that options button and add it at the bottom of the popup.
