If so, click view certificate and cut and paste text. Also, that looks like the Windows 2k/XP security alert dialog box. Might want to upgrade Windows.

The pic was taken using Win 10. I have a flushdns batch file that's really nice that just runs ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /renew. I have rebooted since my post and it worked before I saw your reply. Flint Eastwood
