Granted this blaster is built with survival in mind, but i'd like not to sacrifice too much survivability. I was also wondering if the build combo is just not going to output significant damage. This is why both of my DP Blasters have been sidelined; they're at levels where Hail of Bullets is an important part of whacking a spawn, and I don't want to get used to having to work around its defects.
