Broadsword and willpower

I like this combo, but  I never see anyone else run with that any reason why?

It should be very good. Easy to build, easy to play, easy to level, without really giving up much when completely maxed out. Also Broadsword is smashy. We like smashy. And big crits.

Best blow ever ... my BS/Regen critting on two foes in the ridiculous small cone of Headsplitter.  1 minion, 1 lieutenant  *poof* like magic!

I think the reason that you don’t see a lot of broadsword is that people feel that it isn’t “as good” as some of the alternatives.  But it certainly is good enough!

My biggest gripe with BS is the animations are a little basic but performance is good!

On retail, I was recommended to play a broadsword scrapper by the forums when asking for a scrapper’s scrapper, a quintessential feeling of scrapperlock. One of the posters suggested that, “Broadsword is a toolbox, and every tool is a can opener. And the can contains Whoopass." 

 

And they were right.
