Musculature Radial will improve your endurance, -tohit, immob, and -toHit giving a slightly better effect for your pets' survival. Cardiac isn't a bad choice as it will help your end a hundredfold more than the others and possibly cap your resistances if they weren't already. Intuition Radial won't boost your endurance, but is also worth using, boosts all your Dark powers while still giving damage. As far as Interface goes, if you plan on soloing GMs, Degenerative is the best choice.
Since a lot of your damage is based on pets, I'd say both Support or Assault Radial Hybrids are equally a good choice.
The rest of your incarnates are just preference and filling what your build lacks more of.

Agility core and Vigor core are also worth considering, depending on how you would like to play.

Also, if you're taking psionic mastery and indomitable will, then ageless radial destiny becomes potentially quite appealing (end refills, debuff resistances). That opens up room to take spiritual core, which in turn allows you to focus a bit less on to global recharge with sets. That gives you more freedom to put procs into your build.

The build below isn't by any means perfect. But, it should be effective while on teams because it buffs allies well, debuffs mobs well, stays alive quite well, and heals with Big Green Numbers when that's needed. Psi tornado makes phants and indomitable will perma, in practice, because of the force feedback +recharge proc. And, in most situations it's not difficult to handle alpha duties if there's no tank.

In a sense, perhaps it helps to think in terms of how several key puzzle pieces will fit together all at once, including preferred playstyle, epic mastery choice, and incarnate choices for the alpha, destiny, interface, and hybrid slots.

Intuition is my default alpha for controllers unless I have other specific needs.  It improves holds and damage so right there to me it shoots to the top in most cases.  In the case of illusion/dark it also improves tohit debuffs, which is a big part of both sets.  It even helps the slow of your tar patch as an extra to help keep things in your -res field.

I think I would go with Intuition. Damage is my first choice on Illusion/Dark, and you get that. Getting Hold improvement never hurts, but getting -ToHit on a /Dark is really big. Add in Spectral Terror's -ToHit, and that pushes -ToHit as more important than Hold. So, it improves the two most important stats for the character. Getting +Accuracy wouldn't hurt, but it's not as important and you can't get Accuracy and Damage together, and Damage is more important. So... Intuition.

FYI, Musculature radial gets you the damage and -tohit as well.  It also gives you endmod for Stamina and any APP/PPP end recovery power you might take, which is really useful because Illusion is so end hungry.

I haven't really noticed illusion being particularly endurance hungry myself.  Definitely not after HC greatly reduced the endurance cost of superior invisibility anyway (which I love that they did).  Of course a /dark probably wouldn't even take SI and shadowfall is now actually the bigger drain in comparison.  My most recent illusion experience is with illusion/traps, so maybe that has affected my perception, but seemed about middle of the road or even a bit on the light side for endurance use compared to other characters I've played.
