+1, but only if all the current skin colors are added to the 'master' palette. I believe there are a couple of shades/tones in there that don't appear on the costume set.

Though to be honest, it would be nice if the option was added to be able to use a wider palette if desired. Though that starts digging into a deep well of issues, where some items have overlays that alter the colors so they don't quite match, other items have fixed tertiary colors that are un-editable, etc.

I never understood why the use of multiple palettes for different effects.  Skin gets a palette, costumes get a palette, powers get a number of different palettes (light, dark, ice colors, etc).  Just want one big palette so I can make a black ice patches or blood-colored rain or whatever else...  no limitations on our creativity.

There are some costume options that may be problematic for this change, but I would suggest opening the full 000000 to ffffff palette, but locking colors within 10% of the skin color on those types of chest and leg costumes.

I'm reminded of that episode of Archer where he's in Krieger's home lab and points out what looks like a skin suit and Krieger tells him it's a neoprene wetsuit (because he's a diver), and Archer comments on it being flesh-colored.  But really, what's the difference if there's skin color on the chest and leg options?  How's that make a difference when people can make characters look like their skin is any other color and be completely that color from head to toe?  All one needs to do is set a desired full tights costume color and select the same for face with the "All" mask option.  But having a body be any color skin tone doesn't matter because there's no detail that goes along with the illusion... no nipples or genitalia, just smooth featureless body parts.
