Please, can we remove the panhandler underneath the statue if he's a permanent fixture, or at least move him a distance away? I'm not against having a time cycle on them, though. Other NPCs in the area could be a pair of police officers and/or tourists who stop by for photos. I would argue as well, that, being a new statue, there would definitely be more police presence, which would be encouraging panhandlers to find other places to go. Moonscribe Posted November 27, 2020 Share Posted November 27, 2020 (edited) Given that (as per the Wiki) Kelly Graham volunteered at a soup kitchen and at one point was torn between her life as a hero and her work in charity, deciding to end her hero life after Protean attacked her soup kitchen... I'm not sure if I can view panhandlers next to her statue as being "disrespectful" to her, at least not in terms of what she might have thought about it.
