"Unlocked content may appear unavailable"? What does that even mean? Either content is available or it isn't. Or content added by HC and not Live? Ah.

On live, you used to be able to unlock certain content to use in your missions with architect tickets - like the Croatoa maps, or the Longbow Officers, by buying them upstairs in AE.

 

I suspect that part is just old boilerplate.

The AE server is not the same as the regular game server, so it can be experiencing connection problems separately, maybe?
