Defeat Source of Shivan Attacks

In the mission Defeat Source of Shivan Attacks in The Pilgrim's arc, Mender Lazarus does not attack the meteor. This bug has been in the game a long time, but it was not when Ouro was originally put in.

As long as I can remember (as in when Ouroboros was added), Lazarus has never attacked the meteor.  It's silly that he just stands there and watches you smash it by yourself though.

Am I misremembering? I could’ve sworn that when it first came out he helped and then at some point it broke and never got fixed.

I remember way back on Live with my first character run through that arc that I was shooting up the Shivans that were aggroing to the meteor to keep them off Mender Lazarus while he beat on it. I don't recall when he stopped attacking it at all.

This is exactly my memory.

I've always run it by going straight to the meteor, destroying it from the back side, then freeing Mender Lazarus.  He's useless in general.
