Ice Melee - Frozen Aura

Playing my Ice/Ice tanker today I realized something... Frozen Aura's Sleep is pretty much useless thanks to icicles immediately waking up the targets.  This got me to thinking... 6 of the 11 Tanker primaries would have this problem.  Then I thought "oh, but it can still be used to sleep annoying enemies that have toggles like Dispersion Bubble" but wait... it's only mag 2.  My suggestion, make the sleep Mag 3 so that LTs can be slept for toggle removal.

Sleep unfortunately is the most useless mechanic imo (inb4 I get flamed for this). Especially in full teams where constant pbaoe damage is dealt. Unless you are playing solo or with a small team, the coolest thing you'll be able to do with sleep is put a unique IO in it like chance to heal self

I wouldn't argue with a mag increase. Sleep is, frankly, underrated, and useful even with being "shut off" right away by damage.

I tried to combine Circle and DE, but all I got were garden variety evil mages.
