I usually use the run or jump version so it's on when that toggle is on, and off when it's not (that's right, isn't it?) How does the teleport version work in a click power? Does it last for a certain duration? Or is it always on outside of combat? or something else? Doomguide2005 Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 As I recall it's a proc 120. So when you Teleport the stealth activates and remains active for 120 sec thereafter. Teleporting again will refresh the 120 sec duration. 2

Correct, I actually used that for stealth on my first villain character, because you couldn't get a Runspeed stealth IO for love or money redside before the markets got merged, and you could, occasionally, buy the TP stealth IO. Two minutes of stealth, re-teleport to reapply to stealth a mission. SOOO fun. . .

Combat Teleport can hold a Guassian's proc... but with the low recharge, there's probably a better spot in youur bulid for this proc. However, the +perception unique is a nice-to-have as it helps versus enemies who use blind, such as arachnos. That's not a very common debuff, but it is very annoying.
