Psionic Melee/Energy Aura: Scrapper or Stalker?

Hi heroes (and villians :P)!

 

I'm interested in Psi Melee/Energy Aura as a power set combo. They seem to match together pretty well thematically. However, I'm having trouble deciding which archetype to try it on: Scrappers or Stalkers?

Does anyone have any experience with this combo on either archetype and could give me some insight?

Psi is a bit clunky.. on smooth operators such as scrappers and stalkers. Maybe stalkers would be a better. Honestly I shudder a bit thinking about it. (like a sip of bad milk)

So you mean the proposed modeling of stone melee after Psi isn't acceptable?  :-)

I have a Psi/EA Stalker and she handles just fine. I do find myself missing that one extra AoE attack that my Psi/WP Scrap has a little, but it's never been a deal-breaker.
