Add full range of hats and belts to female

Can we get the full range of hats and belts added across the range of female costume pieces plz.

The hat section is missing some must have pieces, such as the Dark Watcher hat (name escapes me).

And, many of the belt options are removed when a jacket is selected, including (annoyingly) ALL of the utility style belts, even though "official" is left as a choice and is the most bulky and clips very obviously (not a problem, so plz don't feel the need to remove it!).

I personally wont mind the clipping, just let hairstyles be used with hats.

Simpler version of any costume request. Not the simplest to implement.
