Melee Character to Solo TFs and SFs

What would y’all suggest for a melee character to solo all TFs and SFs in the game with the sole exception of the Lady Grey Task Force?  Anything other than Bio, as I don’t like how it looks even with minimal FX.  INF is no object.

Without Bio, my guess would be a combination of Energy Melee and Radiation Armor for additional sources of -regen and strong ST/AE dps options.  Scrapper is probably going to work better for DPS on AV's but other AT's would probably work too.  Would require breakfrees for certain rad armor holes in specific situations.

Tanks have been soloing ITF on max difficulty for a while now.

Yeah I remember a huge tanker thread talking about that once! I seem to remember Shield Defense being great at it. Any other combo’s you’d recommend?
