Voltor
Back on live and even now I have always thought that 10 bombs for the badge and 10 defeats of U'kon for that badge were a tad excessive. So my suggestion would be this: 5 bombs for the badge, 5 defeats of U'kon for Master at Arms badge, and also change the Welcome to Earth badge for the drop ship to defeat 5 drop ships for the badges. Thus the 3 badges are equalized. Of course this does not mean that those with the badges already have to lose them, as I know some would think that could happen. If you have the badges already you keep them. 25 alts with all the badges!
Greycat
The badges don't need to be equalized. One's for a GM, two are basically participation awards. So "equalizing" them would, in fact, make them unequal. Welcome to Earth is for the dropship defeat, which also awards reward merits - like other GMs. One defeat = badge. Just like other GMs. Master at arms = get a hit in during the raid. Be at 10 raids. Not difficult. You pretty much just have to be there on jumping into the bowl and do.. *something.* Everyone has brawl and one attack, by default. Two, actually, since you have the origin power, which has range. You can hop in at level 1, target U'kon and spam that, eventually you'll get a hit in. Even easier for demolitionist. Team plants bombs, you get the badge. You don't have to plant them yourself (or my dark/pain wouldn't have it,) *and* the number of bombs needed has gone down (used to be 25.) 1 Kheldian Lore and Backstory Guide 2.0: HC edition Out to EAT : A look at Epic ATs - what is, could have been, and never was Want 20 merits? Apparition
No thank you. As Greycat already mentioned, the number of bombs required for Demolitionist was already lowered from 25 to ten. That's enough. Considering that there is a minimum of four mothership raids per day on Excelsior (reminder, that's a minimum), it's easy enough. Your team has to do a minimum percentage of the damage to the GM (I believe its 10%, but I'm not certain). I have been on raids where my team was stuck with a bunch of sidekicked lowbies who were only there to get xp and couldn't do enough compared to the other teams, frustratingly losing me badge credit even though I was attacking him. 1 From Champion (Hero) and Infinity (Villain), currently playing on Everlasting. Yeah. That's two reasons why I prefer the instanced mothership raid. Everyone on the league is level 35+, and since it's an instance you can get credit for things your team on the other side of the map does so it's an easier call to justify only having one or two people from every team involved in the bomb phase and have everyone else in the league go immediately to the bowl instead of dealing with bombs.
