Does Tanker Divine Avalanche Stack?

Hi there!

 

I was looking in City of Data v2.0 (https://cod.uberguy.net./html/power.html?power=tanker_melee.katana.parry&at=tanker) when I saw that Divine Avalanche has a "Replaces existing effect" flag for the +15% defense. The other AT versions of Divine Avalanche have a "Stacks with existing effect". Can anyone please confirm if this Tanker Divine Avalanche does not stack?

Not for the Tanker. Parry from Broadsword doesn't either, and neither does Defensive Sweep from Titan Weapons.

 

Guarded Spin from Staff is the only one who does.

That's an odd quirk, was that done on purpose to prevent the Tanker from softcapping through Parry/DA/DS alone or is that just a strange mistake when the set was ported?

Yeah that is weird.  I assume it is intentional but strange to think tankers won't softcap anyway
