The rooting duration of the power is inconsistent with it's animation. The player forms a ball of radiation over their head and hurls it, but the rooting stops about 2/3 of a second before, so you can walk out from under the ball, leaving it hanging in midair before it launches itself.

Also, Sentinel damage is terrible and needs to be increased by at least 30%.

The issue isn't the root time, as it matches the cast time of the power. The problem seems to be the animation time is much longer than the cast time (by a full second)
