Trying to figure out if this is a bug, as its a teleport PBAoE like Rending Flurry which does crit. thinking the tohit check is made first, drops hide, and there crit check is after the hide drops. Looking at CoD I see nothing wrong with how the power is set up so can you confirm how many attempts from hide you tried and if all of them did not crit?
