Would be a pretty major oversight if they went through all the heal sets changing it to heal/absorb without also changing set bonuses. Someone would have spotted it on live test, since tons were trying out bio armor there, or at some point in the years the private server ran. Now obviously that's not definitive so I would recommend testing it in game but my guess is that Pine's is correct. From what I recall when Absorb was first introduced as a mechanic the devs made it so that Absorb and Heal were two different properties when it came to enhancements. They then changed all Healing enhancements to Healing/Absorb but internally it's two different properties. I don't think that the set bonuses were changed however. Defender Smash!
