Incandescence leaves members behind

As the Halloween event is wrapping up I have been noticing an issue with Incandescence working inconsistently. During both the Hami raids in the Hive as well as numerous times during our ToT league, Incandescence is frequently leaving members of the league behind. By and large most if not all of our players are congregated in the same area they are being pulled from, yet we may have as many as 10-12 left behind. Initially thinking certain lore pets to be involved but in many cases pets are not even out. During ToT league, there will be members left out because of the 'You cannot enter" prompt blocking the window for the TP prompt but again, not always. With as much as we have been using Incandescence this month, it has become a noticeable issue.

There may be more going on but the first culprit is the knives of vengeance radial pet.  It uses a buff that gives 8 teleport protection.  Incandesence is a 3.1 magnitude teleport so people that were hit by the lore pet buff will resist the incan teleport.

 

As you said there may be more going on then just this,  but the majority of the time its the knives radial doing it.

@Herah, it's the Knives of Vengeance Radial Lore pets.  They give an AoE buff that provides +teleport "protection," so anyone near the Knives of Vengeance Lore pets is automatically blocked from being teleported by anyone, friend or foe.  It's been reported numerous times over the past two years, but it seems to be WAI.

Why do they even have AoE teleport protection?  Literally no critters can teleport players outside of scripted events (such as Calvin Scott's boss fight at the end of Provost Marchand) and now with Lores disabled in PvP zones they don't even help in RV, only in full-incarnate Arena fights.
