Atomic Manipulation's Metabolic Acceleration not Buffing Running Speed

Metabolic Acceleration's description states that it boosts running speed, but doesn't actually do so:

That appears to be a copy/paste error on the description. Seeing as how the Short Help does not mention +speed and the power doesn't take run speed enhancements (two things Accelerate Metabolism shows for Radiation Emission), it's fair to assume the power isn't intended to provide increased speed.
