DB/SR build input

Hey all! I’m waffling between a few different builds for my Dual Blades/Super Reflexes. All are more or less roughly identical and have:

Perma Hasten

45%+ M/R/A Defenses

38%+ S/L Res

32%+ E/N Res

2000+ HP

325%+ Regen

No Accuracy or End Issues

~2:00 Pylon Time

Given this, which would be your vote:

Maneuvers+Tactics

gets you extra ToHit and defense for those times you need more accuracy or are facing defense debuffs

Unleash Potential

Extra Def/Rec, and almost +300% Regen. Up 1/3 of the time

Rune of Protection

Extra +24% Res(All). Up 1/3 of the time

Adrenal Booster

Extra +ToHit, +Rech and +34.65% Damage. Up 1/3 of the Time

overall my guess is RoP is consistently helpful in the most situations, UP mostly is nice just to jack up Regen at low health whilst providing some -def cushion. Mnv/Tct is great for teams and a little extra ToHit/Def, and can be on/off all the time or as needed. AB is nice for the extra ToHit, the recharge doesn’t do much for the build, and the damage knocks a solid ~15s off that 2:00 pylon time

would love to get some feedback!

Personally my SR characters would be looking at either Maneuvers and Tactics or RoP options.  Maneuvers mostly for a smidgen more +defense but that's partly because without it I'm just shy of 45 vs AoE ... and when I'm really pushing limits well it theoretically helps.  Most of the time probably wouldn't even notice because of DDR and not because of any true loss of overall defense if you follow.  I'm not worried about cascade failure issues but because over time non stop combat the tiny extra damage will slowly add up ... maybe.  Tactics is more about countering small amounts of foe +defense that crops up (like in an ITF).

RoP because the closer to capping defense and resistance the more durable you are period everything else the same.

I do love my DB/SR, but I'm probably a bad guy to ask, as he's not a pylon wrecker.  In fact, I have no characters that can take down pylons, even though most of my lvl 50's (including my DB/SR) can solo all non-AV enemies in the game at +4/8.

I'm guessing you're trying to build an Arch-Villain wrecker?

Maybe we need an AV wrecker build thread?  I know there are plenty of people that have builds that can do this and would be happy to provide guidance on how to get it done.

We're allowed 4 power pools. You have 4 listed. What's the problem again?

You can’t have more than one origin pool. So OP has to choose between rune, unleash potential, or adrenal booster.

I would choose rune out of those.

The fact that I knew this once but forgot about it completely shows how often I use those pools.

I need to post by build tomorrow. I preciously had a build that had the 2k health but got a crazier dos build. If has crazy aoe dos too. Had the 4 villains in cone range just doing blinding feint the finisher cone trust the name escapes me and 1k cuts. Both fit in the crit chance proc.

Here is my current DB/SR build.  The build shows two hami-Os in the build for four of the powers.  One of them is the D-sync dam/end ones in game though.

This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5
