I remember seeing it a few months ago on Reunion and Ms Liberty was doing similar things near her trainer spot as well. If you set a man a flame, you keep him warm for a day. If you set a man aflame, you keep him warm for the rest of his life.
TheZag Posted March 25, 2022 Posted March 25, 2022 Some NPCs have attack abilities and will engage mobs if someone drags them over. Ms Liberty will chase them quite far but on her return to her pedestal will often get stuck in the water. My best guess is that since mobs were never really meant to be there, there are very few pathing beacons. Combat NPCs have trouble getting around when there are very few pathing beacons. 1

Ms. Liberty probably just finished fighting a Giant Monster that a GM spawned next to her. During Events, Giant Monsters that spawn next to any of the Hero Level Trainers will aggro them and they will leave their pedestals to fight them. After the defeat the Hero sometimes does not return to the pedestal.
