So decided to make a stalker once again (it's been a year or so) and with @Snarky constantly talking about his love of all things soulless and dark. I decided to look into a AT that can have fear in the primary and secondary with all the delicious -to hit. I of course went for cap on all the areas that are important and tried to model it on a classic Stalker with BU and placate being paramount in the attack chain.

 

I think I have things covered pretty well, but, let me know what you think since Dark doesn't seem to be too popular for Stalkers that to me automatically means I have to make it.

Here's my take on a Dark/Dark/Dark stalker. Since the stalker ATO's are over-powered Placate has become trivial. The bonus defense from Infiltration go away once you are spotted. With a higher resistance level if you notice some type of damage coming through its easy to pop Shadow Meld as a buffer. Dropping the stealth IO in sprint, its out of the way and doesn't take up an extra slot, if you need it just toggle and run. Hide and stealth IO puts you well over PvE cap (300). Dropping concealment pool for the fighting power is a good thing for any melee class; and since dark gets self healing attacks there is no reason to run and rehide unless things really go sideways. Just my 10 cents, my 2 cents is free.

I didn't even know you responded. I was using Infiltrate just for a mule, I still like Stalker Guile proc in AS just for the placate like effect. Why I didn't put the Stealth proc in sprint I will never know. This guy will be making forays into PVP zone hence the concealment pool.
