Elec Armor/Energy Melee - which AT?

What are the benefits and drawbacks of Energy Melee and Electric Armor paired together for each of the melee ATs? I'm initially leaning Tanker, but could be talked out of that if there's a significant reason to roll it differently.

Electric Armor lets you hit the resistance cap for S/L/E fairly easily, and F/C if you invest a bit more into it. 

So that could tend to push yourself more towards Tanker/Brute to take advantage of that

 

EM has really good single target, and a brute with its inherent will definitely do more damage,(and AoE aura) but tanker just comes with a larger AoE, and that is sometimes nicer to use.

Tanks get a +Res proc so I would lean towards Def based armors for them since those would want more free Res. You can get some really solid Def/Res numbers already from Brutes as well with /elec. Brutes love damage auras so I would pick Brute.

This my basic thought on electric armor as well. Basically it is great on both tanks and brutes, but brutes have less wasted potential in over capped resists. 

 

The EM side of things could go either way, and falls down to more traditional brute vs tank arguments. Overall I would go Brute for this combo.
