Absolutely yes, I agree.

 

I leveled both a TA/AR and an AR/TA and dual boxed them as a team because I couldn't decide which one to make . . . so I made both!  The corrupter did A LOT more damage.  A LOT!

I assume the same is true for TA/Arch, partially because I found Defender Archery to be awful damage, like the worst I've ever played.

If you're pairing trick arrow with assault rifle, because of the cones, I'd suggest making it a hover/fly based toon that flies over mobs, aims straight down and hits them to maximize your cones arc/depth.

I have tested this. It does stack... for 1 whole server tick!

- resistx1 >DA2>-resistx2>server tick>-resistx1

Both patches persist though no replacing. 

 

So, you can still have multiple patches out to cover more area (More useful on ITFs)
