it may not be that simple as we think, sure its a coop zone, but newspaper/radio arent made for that "Yet".

 

The limit is that only vigilante/rogue can do both, a hero would have no access to a newspaper mish, if he even can join that in a coop zone i dont know, maybe thats the reason no coop zone so far has them? RWZ/DA/Pocket D and so on.

 

They probably would have to change that System 1st.

 

Also you would have to add detectives/brokers there so progress does not get wasted but that should be the least problem ^^

Well, have each individual player access whichever is appropriate for them, (radio for heroes/vigilantes & paper for villains & rogues), then all you'd need to address is permitting any faction in the selected mission...

Since Kallisti Wharf currently has no mobs or active contacts, maybe a new type of mission like what is done in the RWZ? So instead of papers that have you commit crimes and radios that have you prevent them, you get more neutral type missions against eligible factions for reasons most characters could work together for?

Use the existing call box object, place a bunch around the zone, and allow our characters to "respond" to them, thereby bringing up a selection of 3 random missions, much like Radios/Papers...
