Ranged Martial Assault

Hi.

I write this because I would love to make a knifethrower or someone who throws objects with deadly accuracy at enemies.

 

I would like to suggest a pure ranged version (so somebody who can throw bataran... err I mean shurikens with various effects) of the martial assault secondary set for dominators as a primary set for blasters, corruptors, sentinels and as a secondary set for defenders.

Heck yeah, especially if we can customize what we throw.

dominators get access to martial assault which has 4 or 5 (if u count caltrops) ranged attack which is might be what you are looking for?

It felt a little lackluster when I tried it but ymmv

The OP is asking for a full ranged blast set, because as you said the Dominator version is quite lackluster if you only take the ranged attacks.

Absolutely yes! My Dom, Polaris Snow, uses Martial Assault as her secondary.  I wanted more of that set to be ranged.

It would be so much fun with object option you suggest and open up a lot of thematic options.

Not going to track down all the previous threads, but this has been suggested many, many times. Between Martial Assault, Weapon Mastery and a few other sets you pretty much have an entire blast set.
