Sentinel Question ATO Opportunity Strikes!

 So its been a long time since i made a sentinel. In the sent ATO opportunity strikes, does it do anything now that the sent was revamped, cause I dont notice anything.

Regular version gives 7.5 opportunity, boosted gives 10.

Its the opportunity bar right? I was trying to figure what the proc did, thanks in advance.

Correct, your bar will go up by 10%. Now that Vulnerability can be cast at 50% of your opportunity, it's equivalent to getting 20% of your next Vulnerability charged up.
