In game crashes on high end machine

I can get into the game, but I have consistent CTD or game freezing every 2-5 minutes. I'm on a 1080 ti with win 10.

Tried deleting registry, admin mode, and win 7 compatibility. Is there anything else I should be trying?

I believe some of the crashing problem are related to permission problems or even Anti virus/windows defender problems.

Alright. I just double checked your guide, but I am still crashing.

It kind of sounds like a problem some laptop users have when their thier laptop uses the integrated graphics instead of the gpu.

 

Are you able to monitors what's going on with your gpu/cpu hdd, ssd when this happens?

I seem to get a spike of 1949 mhz on the gpu. Everything else is fine.

Shut down your background apps and test. Whitelist the game's root folder in Defender and any 3rd party AV. Throw some core specs up here too.

Thanks for the reply. I white listed and tried with no background. Still crashed. When I went and made these logs I had no crashes strangely enough.

Here is another monitor. My machine is a Win 10 with AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor, B450 Tomahawk, T-Force Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000, and a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GV-N108TGAMING OC-11GD.

I'm still having this issue, but sometimes when the servers are less populated I wont crash.

So, I too get the odd random crash. Not a CTD, mine just hangs and the sound stutters. I think part of the issue (assuming you and I are affected by similar things) is that the game is NOT optimized for 64-bit systems, or for versions of Windows beyond XP. It MIGHT be a graphics thing, as my midrange laptop is more stable running the game on low settings than my high-end PC with everything cranked to max.

 

I realize this deosn't help you directly, but maybe someone looking through this thread might have a better idea with the extra input.

Thanks for replying. It's just weird to me that it crashes more often earlier in the day than later.
