If nobody posts these, you can also create a character on the beta shard that instantly levels to 50 and Incarnates are free and all unlockable without any effort. You can try out all the interface Incarnate abilities that way.

I know the -regen one does, it creates a yellow cloud on the hit mob.

Spectral does like black/gold rings on immobed targets too iirc.
