Doesn't even matter if a character has no guns; just being able to stand with arms crossed in front of you like that would be cool. I think the trick of executing this as an emote, however, is having it draw your weapons (if any) and pose like this with them out. Emotes and powers don't traditionally play nice together.

For the basic 'hands crossed upward across your chest' pose (used by the Council vampyres you can find in the Wolf's Throat on Striga at night): /emote stancevillain2 There is a similar pose for DP characters that you get during weapons customization on the tailor screen, as kosten07 describes, but that's the only place I've seen it; there doesn't appear to be a way to have the pistols out in that pose.

That isn't the same pose. That has arms crossed over the chest and has a certain impatient look to it. What's in the character creator has the weapons out and displayed in front of the character, closer to head level.
